FITNESS PROGRAMS

HPI

Our adult fitness training aims to help you move better and perform better. The goal of our training is to help you reach your weight loss and strength goals by challenging you in a safe environment designed to keep you injury free. Working together in collaboration with our orthopedic physicians and physical therapists we’ve brought together the best of performance and rehab to help adults achieve better health. We have three levels of fitness programming to match every need.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Individualized attention and programming designed to help you achieve results quickly and safely. Best for individuals who need specific programming, training for a particular sport or hobby, or those who struggle with injuries. Participants work one-on-one with their coach to chart, monitor, and achieve their goals.

BOOTCAMP

Large group training sessions designed to lose weight, get in shape, and provide an energetic experience. Participant to trainer ratio is 8:1. Best for individuals looking to lose weight and accomplish a healthy balance of cardio, interval training, weight training, mobility and more.

Small Group Personal Training

Customized programming and individualized attention delivered in a group format. Limited to 4 participants per training session. Best for participants looking to build strength and mitigate injury while building camaraderie in a group setting.
