Losing weight can be one of the biggest confidence builders out there. Likewise, the same is true for athletes looking to build muscle.

Of course, there are multiple reasons for this including looking better, feeling better, and performing better.

But perhaps the number one reason making positive changes to your body is so powerful, is the gain in confidence.

Everyone always thinks it’s what the scale says, but I’d argue it’s more about the increase in confidence and the fact that you’ve proven to yourself that you have some control over your actions, habits, and environment.

I’m sure most of us can relate to the positive domino effect that takes place upon improving your health. I encourage you not to underestimate the value of this. Creating healthy weight changes not only shows you what’s achievable in your own body, but it helps propel you to take action and control in other areas of your life as well.

See benefit beyond the scale and enjoy the boost of confidence on your journey towards better health.
