WHAT’S YOUR TRAJECTORY?

If you poll one hundred people whether or not they want to improve something about their health or physical appearance, I’m betting that 99 out of 100 respond with a resounding “Yes!”

If you poll one hundred people whether or not they want to improve something about their health or physical appearance, I’m betting that 99 out of 100 respond with a resounding “Yes!”

That’s true for me, and I LIVE fitness every day.

There’s obviously nothing wrong with wanting to improve, but I see one major recurring issue related to this.

Most people aren’t HAPPY with their current physical appearance.

We easily become obsessed with achieving the ideal body.

My advice?

Stop focusing on your current state…

Start focusing on your TRAJECTORY. Where are you headed? What steps are you taking today to push you towards the right direction tomorrow?

What habits are you building today? What positives can you focus on that will eventually take you to the goals you want to achieve?

Don’t get so caught up in a perceived lack of satisfaction with today’s results. Instead, think about those incremental changes you need to make today, in order to create lasting changes in the future.
