Program Options
ATHLETE Training
Sessions include individualized programs, focusing on sport-specific speed, strength, power, and injury prevention training. Groups are divided by age in order to provide the best programming and safe training for each athlete.
Adult TRAINING
These classes are designed to provide a private training experience with the convenience of a group class. With only 4-6 participants, these classes are designed to help you build muscle, lose weight, and reduce the risk of injury.BUILD groups provide a personalized exercise routine to help you reach your goals safely.
WELLNESS
HPI’s Wellness services are designed to help you achieve peak recovery and provide a holistic approach to ongoing health and performance. Our experienced therapists will work with you to design a program that meets your needs.
