Bio

Cory joined the IBJI Health Performance Institute in March 2012. A personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning specialist by trade, Cory spent the majority of his first five years training high school and college athletes as well as building HPI's adult fitness program. In 2018 Cory took over as the Director of HPI, managing day to day operations in Highland Park, while overseeing the expansion of personal training and wellness services in Morton Grove and Mount Prospect. In his spare time, Cory enjoys watching sports, connecting with friends, and hanging out with his wife (Jenna) and three daughters (Zoe, Ella, and Remi)
