Bio

As a former ballet dancer and ballet instructor, Lizzie has a great command of the way the body moves and how to assist it in best functioning. Clients report that her work unwinds and shifts them in powerful and pleasant ways. She has worked as a sports massage therapist at Northwestern University’s Sports Medicine Department and also provided massage to a variety of clients in private therapeutic settings. Lizzie sees the connections in the body and uses her skills in myofascial and other advanced therapies (including cupping) to create releases based on what clients most need. Lizzie lives in Highland Park and teaches Massage Therapy at the College of Lake County.
