Mike grew up in Manteno, Illinois graduating from Manteno High School in 2017. He then attended Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin where he played college football and earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Mike then stayed at Carroll University to earn his master’s degree in Sport Physiology and Performance Coaching. While obtaining his master’s degree he had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Human Performance Coach for a variety of athletic teams at Carroll. During that time he was able to gain valuable coaching experience as well as conducting research that gave me a great understanding of the science behind training for sport performance and overall well-being. After earning his master’s he went to Texas Tech University and worked as a strength and conditioning intern with their football strength staff. At TTU he had the chance to learn from strength coaches at the highest level and work with some top level athletes.
