Body weight and body composition have a direct correlation with our health. The quality of that food can actually influence the quantity you consume…
Why?
Because it’s easy to regulate how much you eat when your food is fresh veggies, fruits, unprocessed carbs, clean proteins and whole food sources.
And conversely, it’s VERY easy to over consume highly processed foods.
Rather than quantity versus quality, we should incorporate a more holistic view of quantity AND quality, because they are both equally important for health, weight management, performance and happiness.
